More news from PM&F

PMF Magazine: Update will be e-mailed twice monthly to approximately 10,000 of our subscribers.

Karen Koenig
Editor-in-Chief

Just when you thought we were done...

Effective this month, PM&F begins production of a twice-monthly e-mail newsletter. PMFmagazine:Update is a quick and convenient method for staying abreast of current and breaking news and information — right when you need it the most. The e-mail newsletter also alerts subscribers to new articles and items posted on our Web site, www.pmfmagazine.com.

PMFmagazine: Update will be distributed free to more than 10,000 of our subscribers and online registered visitors. To ensure you’re on the list, register your e-mail address at www.pmfmagazine.com

Speaking of www.pmfmagazine.com.....

Effective immediately, pmfmagazine.com is the new official site name for up-to-date news and articles relevant to the plastics molding, forming and fabricating industry. The change in the url is in keeping with the name change of the print version of our magazine; however, the site can still be accessed and searched under our original url: www.plasticsmachining.com.

If you are not one of the estimated 1,000 daily visitors to our site, I’d like to take a moment to acquaint you with some of our new and exclusive features:

Machinery Exchange. In addition to the Plastics Molding and Fabricating Forum, our original forum where people from all parts of the industry exchange tips and techniques, we now introduce the PMF Machinery Exchange. In this new forum, visitors can exchange information about machinery for sale or to purchase. Items on the block include molders, formers, routers, sheet materials, etc. The forums can be accessed at www.plasticsmachining.com/magazine/forum/index.html

Searchable Buying Guide. Exclusive to pmfmagazine.com is a searchable database of more than 1,000 manufacturers and distributors of machinery, supplies and services related to the secondary plastics industry. Similar to the print version of our guide, the directory is broken into categories such as machining and fabricating equipment, cutting tools, molding equipment and auxiliary items, formers and services. Users can search by category or by company name. Web and street addresses as well as other information can be accessed in the Directory of Manufacturers and Distributors section.

Updates of the online guide occur regularly. For access to the database, visit www.plasticsmachining.com/buyersguide/index.html.

An updated print version of the guide will appear in the October issue of PM&F.
